绝大多数都能下的，rapidshare的普通用户要排队并有时段流量限制，如果下载量不大，等待计时结束就可下载，也可用百度搜rapidshare破解，绕开流量限制，但本人并不建议这样使用。
mihd.net的请点击Requestdownload Link进入下载页面，点击download file下载。

初学者建议看中文资料，如陈邦媛的《射频通信电路》，张玉兴的《射频模拟电路》，顾其诤的《微波集成电路设计》，清华大学的《微带电路》，袁孝康的《微带功率晶体管放大器》等等，很多网站都有免费下载。
