  　8月22日，县四套班子领导以及各镇、各部门主要负责人，在云龙湖畔的探路者[url=http://www.sunnysports.com.cn]拓展训练基地[/url]进行为期一天的拓展训练，这是继军训之后我县干部心力提升法的又一项重要内容。
　　
　　上午9时，这支200人的队伍在训练营集合，县委书记王天琦发表了热情洋溢的“战”前动员讲话。他说，实施“突破睢宁”战略是一项任重道远的任务，随着“突破睢宁”战略的进一步实施，各方面的工作压力也进一步加大。为了更好地执行这项任务，我们要对干部实行心力提升法，让干部在体能上接受训练，在心理素质上接受训练，在精神和意志上接受训练，更好地适应今后“突破睢宁”战略的要求。他同时强调，今天来参加[url=http://www.sunnysports.com.cn]拓展[/url]训练的领导干部，是领导和推动睢宁经济和社会事业发展的一支中坚力量、一支原动力，相信同志们在一天的训练中，心力一定会得到明显的提升，能够更好地适应“突破睢宁”战略的需要，得到人民群众更好的赞赏。下一步，我们还将采取一系列的激励办法、心理报告、心理疏导等等，让我们干部的战斗力进一步提升，由目前的被迫转为习惯，最终形成“突破睢宁”的自觉行为。
　　
　　排着整齐的队伍，喊着响亮的口号，队员们精神饱满地前往每一个训练点，接受挑战，攻坚克难。队员们依次参加了高空断桥、翻越逃生墙、室内攀岩、有轨电车、穿越沼泽地、浮桥抢滩等项目。在拓展训练中，一个显著的特点就是每个人、每个项目都离不开团队的支持和鼓励，离不开集体的智慧和力量。“穿越沼泽地”突出体现了团队的动态管理、整体的执行能力、体现了集体的智慧与力量；[url=http://www.sunnysports.com.cn/qinzileyuan.asp]亲子乐园[/url]“有轨电车”体现了团队的指挥与服从、协调与配合，体现了个性与共性的和谐统一；“高空断桥”告诉我们，其实最大的敌人往往就是我们自己，战胜自己往往就是取得胜利的第一步。不管是做游戏还是进行训练项目，每个队员都积极地参与着，没有人愿意落后，没有人愿意成为旁观者，每个人都以饱满的热情投入到每一项训练中。
