[b]【内容简介】[/b]本书是模拟集成电路设计领域的一本新书，提供了模拟集成电路分析和设计的新观点。作者首先对MOST和BJT两种器件模型进行了分析和比较，然后以此为两条线索，分别介绍了相应的基本单元电路和各类放大器的详细分析，随后的章节分别研究噪声、失真、滤波器、ADC／DAC和振荡器电路，每一章都结合MOST和BJT两种类型电路进行分析比较。本书一方面侧重于基础知识，对模拟和混合信号集成电路中的许多重要概念以直观形象的语言进行了描述．另一方面又侧重介绍与现代集成电路工艺相关的最新电路的研究方向和热点。本书绝大部分的设计实例均来源于、JSSC和ISSCC论文。

Willy Sansen 1972年于美国加州大学伯克利分校获得电子学博士学位。1980年始加入比利时鲁汶大学ESAT实验室，成为一名全职教授。1984年始领导ESAT—MICAS实验室进行模拟电路设计研究。他是IEEE的会员，ISSCC-2002会议的执行主席，现在是IEEE固态电路协会的副主席。指导了超过50篇关于通信、消费类电子和传感器应用方面模拟集成电路设计的博士论题，编著和合作编著了13本书籍，在国际期刊和会议上发表了550余篇论文。

本书的最大特点在于全书以幻灯片配以讲义的形式编排，这些内容是作者Sansen教授三十余年模拟电路设计经验的总结。本书配套光盘中包括了全书的1468张幻灯片，提供给授课教师作为课件资源，同时该书也非常适合于双语教学。.
本书冠名为《模拟集成电路设计精粹》，是因为它包括了模拟集成电路设计者在做深入设计工作时所需要的基本知识，同时它也覆盖了模拟集成电路设计方面的所有主题。该书首先从构成运算放大器的基本单元电路开始，对运算放大器的设计进行了详细分析，其间对最低功耗设计也一直进行了关注，包括了许多低电源电压的设计实例。随后的章节分别研究噪声、失真、滤波器、ADC／DAC和振荡器电路。本书内容均基于作者在大学和世界知名公司大量教学经验的积累，所有的章节都致力于便于读者自学。本书的目的是能够让读者有不同程度的理解和收获，因此所有的部分都从最初的基本内容着手，同时大多数的章节又包含了当前最新发展的电路，尤其从第9章开始，最新的电路内容占了很大部分。...

This book is entitled Analog Design Essentials because it contains all topics of importance to the analog designer which are essential to obtain sufficient insights to do a thorough job

The book starts with elementary stages in building up operational amplifiers. The synthesis of opamps is covered in great detail, such that lowest power consumption is always guaranteed. Many examples are included, operating at low supply voltages. Chapters on noise, distortion, filters, ADC/DACs and oscillators follow. These are all based on the extensive amount of teaching that the author has carried out both at universities and companies world-wide. All chapters have been drawn up specifically for self-study. They aim, however, at different levels of understanding. All start with elementary material. Most chapters also contain advanced material, especially from Chapter 9 onwards.

The author of this book, Dr. W. Sansen is the President of IEEE Solid-State circuits society now.
I bought this book and just have a glance at it. Over all, this's a good book with practical design insights, both theory and real-use circuits(although many of them are old bipolar ones). And the translation is much better than some other translated versions like Ken Martin's book.
The only bad thing of this book is that it's tooooo expensive: 98RMB for just 563 pages, the CD is totally useless since it's just some ppts already printed in the book. I cannot imagine how Tsinghua Press decides the price for education purpose.
