接收机射频前端链路的NF计算

级联中除了LNA，其他都是电压匹配的，那么在仿真后级NF的时候就不用阻抗匹配仿了吧？一个模块在匹配和不匹配情况下的NF是不同的。那LNA如果是做50欧姆匹配的话，是不是也要在匹配情况下仿真其NF阿？*}4W,Ygq
根据模块仿真值手算链路性能的时候，发现不太对。。。哪位大虾指点一二阿～

LNA输入要匹配，仿真其NF。
4e L%W st7O(I 手算链路性能的时候，Mixer的Noise可根据Input refer noise, 折算到LNA的输入端。
.a-Y:v4k[[3H9^?-];Bf 用NF的定义式，NF的级联公式要考虑阻抗匹配。

If you want to use the Frii's equation to calculate the cascaded NF, each stage's NF should be referred to the output impedance of the previous stage, and the power gain of each stage should be the available power gain (output matching is assumed).

You could also use input referred noise and voltage gain to calculate the cascaded NF. However, the input referred noise of each stage is also a function of the output impedance of previous stage.
